Sealed bids, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the City of Hays, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, until 3:00 pm, prevailing time June 15, 2021, for the repairs to the Lincoln Draw Tunnel. Improvements include the repair of failures within the existing tunnel and the lining of approximately 1,956 LF of 66” to 72” diameter storm sewer tunnel with structural epoxy.
