NOTICE INVITING BIDS The City of Albany, California Invites Bids from qualified contractors for the 2021 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project – UPRR/USDA CIPP Lining Bid Information.
Bidder shall not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site.The work/project generally consist of providing all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, quality assurance and other related services, materials and appurtances as required for the complete rehabilitation of the concrete memebrane and tank linings at the City of Lancaster Conestoga Water Treatment Plant.
Work of this Construction Contract comprises but is not limited to lining approximately 2,604 feet of sewer main with cured- in-place pipe (CIPP), the point repair of small diameter sewer main, reconnection of existing sewer service laterals, heavy cleaning, epoxy lining of manholes, bypass pumping, and public outreach during the project.
For this project, Kenosha County will ONLY be receiving and accepting bids for the HIGHWAY REHABILITATION PROJECT via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Electronic bids will be accepted until 9:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 8, 2024. After the official Bid closing time, the Bids will be opened, reviewed, posted on the QuestCDN.com website.

The objective of this project is the rehabilitation of two deteriorated 54” corrugated aluminum culverts. Each culvert shall be reinforced with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe culvert sleeve inserted with a low-density cellular grouting application to correct culvert leakage.
