BACKGROUND: Providence Rhode Island Veterans Affairs requires medical grade liquid bulk oxygen in a hospital environment. The contract shall provide a contractor-owned tank with an appropriate 400-gallon reserve tank back-up system meeting NFPA 99 code standards. The new tank will be located on Armed Forces Blvd on a newly installed, gated concrete tank slab.
