The City of Hagerstown is seeking contract pricing for the supply, delivery, and monitoring of liquid oxygen to the Hagerstown Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The estimated annual liquid oxygen usage is 2,200,000 scf (18,000 gal). The liquid oxygen tank stores an emergency supply for the WWTP and usage may increase drastically and/or suddenly.
