Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Digital Services in partnership with the Agency of Human Services, Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living, Adult Services Division (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide an Adult Services Division Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS).

The Adult Services Division is responsible for a full array of long-term services and supports for older Vermonters and adults with physical disabilities.
