We need items as stated in combined synopsis like: The contractor shall provide vests that are capable of carrying: LEVEL IIIA, Model number: BA-2P/3A plates manufactured by Survival, Inc. The vest shall be tan in color and be Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment (MOLLE) compatible.
