This is a recurrent acquisition of NSN 6635-01-628-1986, Load Calibrator with Part Number C3-100 from Tovey Engineering, Inc. with CAGE: ITY59.  The Load Calibrator unit is used to test and calibrate load cells and instrumentation for weighing force, tension, and compression for control/measurment of multiple aircraft and other equipment in which precise weigh and balance accuracy is required.
