There will be approximately 4,500 sf of office space needed and 26,250 sf of clear span warehouse space. The total site will be approximately 6.5 acres with excavation, utilities work (not know the extent) and paving for parking lots. THIS FACILITY MUST BE COMPLETED FOR THE OWNER ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2021.
