Duties typically include funding DFC-approved credits, on-going monitoring of FI/NBFI/MFI/MIV/LGF/Framework loan transactions (as more fully described below), and negotiating, structuring, obtaining approval, and documentation closing on restructurings. Additionally, the incumbent shall, at the direction of the MD/FMD, provide support in effectively managing loan write-downs that may involve handling of assets to mitigate losses to DFC.
DFC Acquisition office has a requirement for Personal Services Contractors (PSC) for up to two (2) full-time equivalent Loan Monitoring Officers.This solicitation will only be open to individual applicants. The PSC shall be a sole proprietor who will have an employee-employer relationship with the DFC.
The IE will be called upon to assist the DOE in various aspects of the loan monitoring process including, the establishing Conditions Precedent (CP) and/or other interim performance standards or ramp-up milestones that will be required of the Applicant in order to proceed to disbursement and/or other interim action, and any ongoing performance standards that may be required by the loan documentation.All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM.gov

SBA is seeking services consistent with lending industry best practices.SBA uses the Loan and Lender Monitoring System (L/LMS) to conduct continuous, risk based, off-site analysis of SBA's lending partners (including 7(a) lenders, 504 Certified Development Companies, and Microloan intermediaries) and to monitor SBA programs.
The purpose of this acquisition is to assist the HUD personnel in the performance of their duties underwriting and monitoring loans under Section 242 of the National Housing Act, wherein HUD insures the mortgages of acute care hospitals. Moody's Analytics, Inc., enables HUD to perform care underwriting and proactive loan monitoring to achieve a low claim rate of 2.0% over the life of the program.
