PurposeThe National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate a firm-fixed priced purchase order on a sole source basis with Strategic Engineering Pty Limited, located at 4/25 Monro Avenue, 2232 Kirrawee, Australia. The purchase order will specifically procure maintenance, engineering and integration services of the existing, government-owned Bin Picking Robotic System (BPRS) located at NIST in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
Research conducted in this facility will help to provide the technical basis for improvements to codes, standards, and design of building structures for fire.The purpose of this acquisition is for the fabrication of various components of Structural Steel Connections to be delivered to the NFRL located at NIST in Gaithersburg, MD.
NIST requires monitoring, testing and chemical treatment of the closed loop systems located at the NIST Boulder, CO site. This will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for one base year and four one-year option periods to test and treat the chemical loops.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the replacement of circuit breakers within Wing 2 and the Spine of Building 1; located at the NIST Boulder, CO site. Breakers shall be removed and replaced IAW the provided scopes of work and associated documents provided with this attachment.
