This project will entail construction of new LOCI Auto-school facility as deemed appropriate from POR and budget review. Facilities will include auto repair garage bays, classrooms, storage, offices, fire suppression and restroom with consideration for future expansion. The LOCI Auto-school typically serves 20 students and 1 instructor and will need to be ADA compliant.
