All items listed must use the Mul-T-Lock 600 key system and Mul-T-Lock 236B KIK cores so that it will match the current system we have in other parts of the campus/buildings.
Specification of brand name items: Advantor security system, Best Locks key cores, JCI Metasys DDC controls and Monaco fire system are sole source/brand name specific for compatibility with existing installation systems.The contract duration will be 300 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. An assessment of the facilities to rekey, new lock cores for doors and padlocks, the appropriate number of keys, a key matrix and a master key control software package will need to be provided for the key system. All are currently secured using the Stanley BEST access lock, core and key system. Any core and key system used is required to be fully compatible with existing locking units and meet the specifications listed in Attachment 3.
