The project involved upgrading the McNary Navigation Lock electrical power and controls systems The Contractor shall complete all work for the McNary Navigation Lock Power and Controls Upgrade by not later than June 18, 2024. A bid bond of 20%, or $3,000,000, whichever is less will be required. 100% Performance and payment bonds will be required.Competition for this solicitation is UNRESTRICTED.
