Description In accordance with Section 1-14 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York (“Concession Rules”), the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) intends to enter into a negotiated concession for a license agreement for the operation, renovation and maintenance of a restaurant, snack bar and rowboat rental at the Loeb Boathouse, Central Park, Manhattan.

Structures will house USCG small boats and specifications should be 40’ W x 50’ D with a minimum height of 16’. Each structure shall have an end panel with an entry/exit door for personnel. Structures will be placed on gravel/crushed stone base and must be able to withstand Category 2 hurricane/winds.
