To plan for future projects, the County hired Schmidt Associates in 2017, and VFA Facility in 2018 to help create and refresh a Strategic Facility Assessment Improvement Plan, and Facility Master Plan for Lake County.  The intent of the plan is to develop a strategic facility plan, including a detailed five-year capital improvement plan as well as a long-term view that considers projects projected beyond five years.

To accomplish this mission, VASTLHCS Facility Engineering Service (FES) intends to partner with a Construction Contractor to build a new Urgent Care Clinic as a Building Addition to Building #55 at Jefferson Barracks. The clinic will serve veterans in the South County Saint Louis area who do not have convenient access to episodic or urgent medical care and/or will not travel to the John Cochran Emergency Department.

The CE Facility and Equipment Support service at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) shall provide all personnel, tools, supervision, and other items and services to perform civil engineering support of government equipment as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), for multiple customers located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio to include 88 Air Base Wing, 711 Human Performance Wing (HPW), Air Force Institute of Technology

Contractor must coordinate with facility Engineering Service for shutdown(s) and day/time of shutdown(s). 4. CLEANING SERVICES: All parts, equipment, guide rails, sheaves and beams, counterweight frames, top of cars, bottom of platform, hatchways, pits and machine room floors shall be kept clean.

Report shall include all buildings at both the John Cochran (JC) and Jefferson Barracks (JB) Divisions.
