The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Brand Name or Equal basis a configured telemetry tracking system. The Quasonix TM receiver integrates and functions with existing TM equipment and substitution of another part would require additional funds and would create unacceptable delays.
