Angeles and Kern County, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, vehicles, incidentals, and equipment necessary to provide annual and semi-annual, on-call, and as-needed maintenance, troubleshooting, service, and repair of emergency generators.
The work area is to be left in the same condition that it was found. ¿ Contractor must ensure that all units are plugged in, switches are in the on position and all panels and guards have been properly placed back on the unit at the conclusion of the servicing of each unit. ¿ Contract must schedule preventative maintenance service with vendor of location. (San Diego, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Kern Counties)
Contractor or subcontractors applying or spraying disinfectant shall also be registered with each individual county agricultural commission where the disinfectant will be applied (Los Angeles and Kern counties). Proof of these requirements shall be provided to Caltrans Contract Manager prior to applying or spraying disinfectant.
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Contractor is to repair and/or replace damaged Metal Beam Guardrail (MBGR), Midwest Guardrail System barrier (MGS), Thrie Beam Barrier, channel rail, and other highway components for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, incidentals, travel, traffic control, and equipment necessary to provide these repair and replacement services to and for Caltrans, as described in this Agreement, on an on-call, as-needed basis. Budget Estimate $5,000,000.
