Yard, and Parking Lot Realignment: The primary north-south roadway and service yards will be realigned to establish clear building sites for new facilities.
Therefore, all configurations that do not require the realignment of the parking lot or its existing roadways are acceptable. All structures should be able to withstand 180 mph winds with driving rain and 3 second gusts up to 200 mph. The design should also be capable of allowing the connection of a second similar solar array installation in the future.

PROJECT: The project provides the addition of 0.45 miles of five (5) concrete sidewalk from the TDC parking lot, north to CR30A. The work includes the realignment and paving of a portion of Tresca Drive, topsoil and sod over the old Tresca Drive dirt road connection, reconstruction of existing curb and gutter and paving at the entrance of Shannon Drive, and the addition of two mid-block crosswalks.
