This requirement is for a time-limited evaluation of low earth orbit (LEO) satellite internet services for a limited number of Forest Service locations. The locations are defined in the attached Statement Of Objectives (SOO). The evaluation will include analysis of use aspects of the service such as throughput, delay, installation, support, and procurement.
