Sentences Western Carolina University (WCU) is soliciting qualifications for Construction Manager-at-Risk for preconstruction services for the new 756 bed residence hall located on Lower Main Campus in Cullowhee, North Carolina.
The first phase will consist of the new 400 bed residence hall located on the lower Main Campus in Cullowhee, North Carolina. The project will consist of the construction of approximately 120,000 square foot multi-storied building. The project will be phased to allow for the existing residents in Scott and Walker to remain until they are relocated to Phase I of the new building.
