The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound has a requirement, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, for the procurement of services for performing O2N2 LPAC repair on US carrier. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. FLCPS intends to purchase the services on a sole source basis from the OEM, Dresser Rand, Inc.
