The Town of St Johnsbury is seeking qualified consultants to assist with preliminary and environmental engineering assistance for the St Johnsbury LVRT Riverfront path extension. Preliminary work includes wetland, flood plain, archeological and other consultant assistance for a NEPA clearance. The Town will reserve the right to continue into final design with the selected consultant upon completion of the initial phase of work.
