Good Day, The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 on behalf of Hampton VAMC is conducting Market Research through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Businesses, capable of providing two, 2-year Lynx Panic Alarm service agreements. The government is seeking technical support and maintenance of the existing Lynx Panic Alarm System at the Hampton VAMC.
The purpose of the Salem VAMC Network Panic Alarm System project is to expand and enhance the VA s ability to initiate, identify/locate, communicate and respond to a variety of duress and other related alert conditions that [may] occur throughout the Salem VAMC campus and its satellite facilities.
The Lynx system is a computer-based panic alarm system already utilized by the VA Lebanon Medical Center This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit a sole source contract from these three sources under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
Project 1: 648-19-138 Upgrade Duress and Intrusion Alarm SystemThis project is to upgrade the existing Lynx Panic and Intrusions Alarm System located within all station 648 buildings.
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit offers for Service Support Agreement & Voice Plan for the LYNX Panic Duress/Code Green System for the Seattle and American Lake Campuses. That provides technical & software support to the maintainers of the LYNX system. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract.
