THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Subject: VISN 21 MACC Sources Sought, Project No. 612-23-2002, Correct Martinez and Mare Island Generator Fuel Lines. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought Notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification.
This procurement is restricted to the Large Project General MACC contractors. Only the Large Project General MACC contractors listed on teh cover letter may submit a proposal.
THIS SOLICITATION IS RESERVED FOR DB/DBB HUBZONE MACC HOLDERSThe project includes the renovation of the existing labs located in the following buildings, 45, 70, 71, 72, at the Uniformed Services University at WRNMMC in Bethesda, Maryland. The work includes new casework, countertops, finishes, plumbing fixtures, lighting, power, HVAC, and install chemical fume hoods.
PLEASE NOTE THIS TASK ORDER IS SET ASIDE FOR NAVFAC WASH REGIONAL HUBZONE MACC CONTRACTORSThe project is to re-design the fume hood exhaust according to the specifications. The work includes removal of the existing USUHS Fume Hood exhaust ductwork and replacing them with new fire protection code compliant ductwork as described in the project specifications and drawings.
The District intends to engage two or more A&E Firms (one firm for each project, but a firm may be awarded multiple projects) that have civil, landscaping, architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and cost estimating capabilities in one firm, as needed, or is a lead firm with sub consultants, for the design of projects to be constructed in the summer of 2023 and additional summers as indicated in the project descriptions. This is a prevailing wage project. Bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in RCW Title 39 Public Contracts and Indebtedness and RCW Title 49 Labor Regulations. Workers must be paid not less than the Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in King County, effective date shall be the same as the MACC date of this project (January 25, 2024), and as applicable per the Project Labor Agreement .
