Project work includes, but is not limited to, general requirements, lot work, Administrative and Temporary Services, Field Office, Preconstruction Conference, Training, DBE, Planning Scheduling and Technical Documentation, Ship Service Diesel Generator Replacement, Machinery Control System Upgrades, Alarm and Monitoring System Upgrades, Waste Heat Boiler replacements and Exhaust System upgrades, Stability Assessment, Dock and Sea Trials, Disadvantaged
This Federally funded project will consist of work including, but is not limited to, Ship Service Diesel Generator Replacement, Machinery Control System Upgrades, Alarm and Monitoring System Upgrades, Waste Heat Boiler replacements and Exhaust System upgrades, Stability Assessment, Dock and Sea Trials. The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. All work shall be completed by July 30, 2025.

The contractor shall develop ABS/USCG-approved software upgrades to integrate new status, control, and alarm and monitoring functionality for the equipment installed

The parts listed under this requirement cannot be substituted for another design due to engineering cost associated with current ILS/Tech Manuals.
