Scope of Work: Scope includes, but is not limited to, furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to provide Magnetic Swipe Tickets passes which will be used as fare products for the Broward County Transportation Department (BCT) transit buses. Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace.
In accordance with the attached terms, conditions, and specifications, it is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders for the printing of un-encoded fare-box ticket stock printing. The project is to procure 10 mil un-encoded ticket stock. All ticket stock should consist of programmable magnetic stripe and must be compatible with GFI Odyssey fare boxes and software.
All TVM ticket stock should consist of programmable magnetic stripe and must be compatible with Genfare FastFare fare boxes and software. Quantities shown are based on an estimated annual usage amount for the contract term and not a guaranteed order amount. All tickets will be ordered as needed by the RTC Project Manager. Such tickets and passes are deposited/inserted into the Scheidt and Bachmann Farebox System and electronically read and accepted as fare payment. The magnetic stripe is to be encoded to a GFI Genfare standard ISO 7810 ID-1.
