Lead paint removal for garage and basement:1. Remove lead paint coatings from interior slab soffit and concrete encased framing throughout maintenance garage basement.2. Remove existing paint, 4” AFF minimum, on perimeter walls inside the first-floor garage.3. Remove existing paint on interior wall partition inside the first-floor garage as depicted.
