    Section 02 82 33.13 mentions lead based paint removal but the drawings and specifications don t offer any clarification on this. Is the contractor responsible for any lead testing or lead paint removal for this project or only the removal of lead lined copper flashing? Lead testing is not required but any paint encountered to be treated as lead paint removal.
