Scope of Services The Nassau County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to perform repairs on the Goffinsville Boat Ramp located at the Goffinsville Nassau River Park, 95001 Goffinsville Road, Fernandina, FL 32034. The Ramp consists of pre-stressed concrete panels and locked in with 6000 psi concrete footers.
