NOTICE FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Conroe Fleet Services department will be accepting Statements of Qualifications from respondents capable of entering into a contract for Architectural, Engineering and Landscape Design Services for the development of plans and specifications for construction of a Fleet Services Maintenance Facility.
The project is intended to address significant deferred maintenance throughout the facility including building envelope, architectural finishes, building systems, life safety, accessibility, and abatement as well as explore opportunities for programmatic upgrades.
