The PEAQ-ITC instrument is is a highly sensitive, low volume isothermal titration calorimeter for the label-free in solution study of biomolecular interactions. The equipment is a newer model with much lower sample volume (280 uL) as compared to the other models. It is useful in the characterization of the thermodynamics of a binding reaction in solution. ITC is an well received orthogonal technique of SPR binding analysis.
