The Instrument Manager clinical system currently in use at VAPHS requires maintenance & support services. These services are provided via telephone troubleshooting, emergency repairs within 24 hours of request (M-F, 8am-5pm) and remote access connectivity for troubleshooting and updates/upgrades. The IM system is proprietary to Data Innovations (DI).
