2023-RFP-29 - HVAC Make Up Air Unit Project Description :Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites Proposals for the supply and installation of a HVAC Make Up Air Unit, (MUA) and all associated components and required duct work as per the included Issued for Tender (IFT) design drawings.

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the procurement of one (1) Make Up Air Unit for Edwards AFB, CA.  More detail is included in the attached Product Information and Specs document.  This RFQ has been updated to remove the brand name or equal requirement.

It requires a new air make up unit, complete with exterior heat pump condenser. We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project by July 1, 2024. Only the successful bidder will be required to submit a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the sub total contract price and a labour and material payment bond.
