The 341st Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify potential sources to provide non-personal services including all labor, tools, parts, materials, facility and transportation necessary to provide laundry and dry-cleaning services at Malmstrom AFB, Great Falls, MT 59402.See attachments for further details.
This procurement is for a non-personal service to provide laundry and drycleaning services for multiple locations on Malmstrom AFB, Montana in accordance with (IAW) all federal, state, and local regulations, commercial standards and as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services shall be performed at the Contractor's facility, and include pick-up, delivery, and cleaning.
The coal has to meet the required specifications to insure compliance with the State and Federal Air Quality regulations (Malmstroms Air Quality Permit). The contractor shall provide 2,000 tons of 1 ½”x ¼” Bituminous Stoker Coal by railcar or truck to Malmstrom AFB Central Heating Plant.
The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of furniture as further described in the price schedule below, to includedelivery to, and installation on, Malmstrom AFB, MT 59404. Award will be based onthe lowest price that is technically acceptable and Best Value to the NAFI.
