SAP Managed Services includes the ability to provide SAP BASIS Administration/ Application Management, Database Management, and overall support services, in addition to cloud infrastructure services. The full set of our requirements is contained in the NRFP. The NSLC entered our current SAP Hosting & Managed Service Partnership in 2018. Our current partner is exiting the SAP space, and we are looking for a new partner to provide this service.

The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice, nor will it reimburse firms for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. 

Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.

The contractor shall provide managed services, technical and Network Library support, and hosting facilities at the contractor’s site to host the NLS provided Xpress-IOSS software.
