PROPOSALS ARE DUE NLT 1:00pm CT 23 DECEMBER 2020*The Army Contracting Command- Rock Island hereby issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2); a tracking and correspondence system and to provide a managed service where the Contractor administers the application and database.  The Government is seeking a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) total Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.

The procured software will be compatible and will not affect any IT-related systems or programs, but rather provide a seamless transition to a managed services contractor.

A request for sealed bids from qualified firms or organizations to provide Custodial Management Services with the intent of designing a Custodial Management Plan for Worth County School District and implementation of the Custodial Management Plan and Management Services. Worth County Schools will host a tour of facilities on March 11th at 9:00 AM. The tour will meet and begin at 103 Eldridge Street, Sylvester, GA 31791. TOUR OF FACILITIES.

The contractor will provide all necessary expertise, labor, materials, and space to safely and securely, receive, store, stage, kit and prepare for shipment pallets and other containers holding these items. Monthly Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Managed Service Charges will commence after the contractor provides the use of a facility that satisfies ALL requirements and the contractor begins receiving the products for storage/management.
