The Vendor will be required to resource and deliver all required tasks and deliverables with one competent project team for both Projects simultaneously.The Commissioning Provider shall be experienced in leading the full commissioning process.

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area, NBAF require purchase of Biorisk Management Annual Verification and Commissioning Support. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are further detail in the attached Requirements Document.
