Building Technologies Research and Integration CenterTechnology Collaborations for US Building Technologies IndustriesOak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking industry partners to participate in short-term, collaborative projects within the Building Technologies Research and Integration Center (BTRIC) to accelerate development of new energy efficient building technologies.
The Naval Air Systems Command has awarded a Undefinitized Contract Action, Cost-Plus-Incentive-Fee contract modification for a Not-To-Exceed Amount of $19,530,007 for the Miniature Air Launched Decoy-Navy (MALD-N), Engineering and Manufacturing Development and Payload Integration.
The Government is also asking Industry to provide their interest in allowing visits to their facilities that produce the CMFF MCI Chassis. The purpose of the site visit is for CMFF market research and to provide vendors an opportunity to demonstrate CMFF technology, the status of CMFF MCI Chassis non-developmental activities, and manufacturing capabilities.
The proposed acquisition is to obtain a study that identifies additive manufacturing technologies used by the defense industrial base and assesses the integration of additive manufacturing capabilities in university engineering education courses. The study will also include recommendations for improving the integration of additive manufacturing technologies in capstone courses for engineering programs amongst institutions of higher education.
It is anticipated that this acquisition will be a total small business set-aside.
