This project will create a high quality NWIPlus level mapping of the northern Otter Creek watershed, high quality NWI mapping of the southern Otter Creek watershed, and NWI-riverine and lacustrine mapping of all target watersheds using the most current data available. The finished primary product will be in the form of a FGDC compliant GIS shapefile with attributes and a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP).
