The County of Marin is seeking a Construction Management (CM) Firm to provide professional construction management support services to the County’s Project Manager throughout the construction phase of the Marin Center Exhibit Hall Seismic Retrofit project located at 10 Avenue of the Flags, San Rafael.

Project scope of work includes the following: 1) strengthen connections between the structure's concrete masonry walls, steel and wood roof structural elements, and roofing membrane through the installation of wall anchors and cross-ties, and the placement of supplemental support columns in key locations; and 2) miscellaneous code required accessibility upgrades.
