The USDA Forest Service is seeking to award a firm fixed contract for the Law Enforcement Vehicle Striping requirement.The Contractor will procure and install on a Government furnished vehicle marking decals in accordance with USDA Forest Service Marked Law Enforcement Vehicle Specifications. All marking decals must be obtained from an approved vendor. 

Wireless services, marked and provisioned as Government Law Enforcement with first responder priority. The plan shall cover the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada and Mexico. The plan should give the user preferred access to network resources. In times of need, there should be preemption service that terminates or relocates lower priority users in order to give priority access to primary users.

The contractor shall provide Certified State Police Academy Trained uniformed officers and all supplies, equipment and marked vehicles necessary to perform the law enforcement services. Officers shall have at least one year of police department experience. Contractor shall be required to provide proof of certification and/or arrest authority/police powers prior to award.

The Contractor will porvide qualified, uniformed officers and all equipment and supplies necessary to perform law enforcement services.  Scheduled surveilance shall consist of marked vehicle and foot patrols or combination of these patrols as deemed necessary.
