Any supplier awarded a contract, if any, must adhere to the requirements of the existing statewide contract for Management of Georgia Natural Gas Procurement Program Consultant (99999-001-SPD0000153). The program under this statewide contract allows for the purchase of natural gas for authorized users. It is managed by DOAS and operated by the Program Manager. Any authorized user may participate in the program.

It should also allow the hiring of marketing companies that are not real estate brokers for additional marketing services (radio, television, newspapers, online, etc.). Expected SA Period: The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement is from: date of issuance to three (3) years later. The period for awarding contracts under the SA begins on the start date of the SA.
