It is intended that the project focus on two principle components:   (1) Creation of marketing campaign concept for social media, video TV, radio scripts, and graphics for digital and print medias.   (2) Development and production of video, social media advertisements, radio, assets, graphic materials for web, billboard, social media and digital/printed collaterals.

The City of San Antonio (the “City”) is seeking proposals from a qualified consultant to provide Consulting Services related to the Solid Waste Management Department (SWMD) Concept Development and Production of Marketing Campaigns to promote customer educational messages. Respondents should note that ITEM A and ITEM B, are separate initiatives with distinct expectations.

The recommended marketing strategy would need to include continued website maintenance, a media mix, continued social media management, brand positioning, multiple campaign level concept pieces for each recommended marketing channel and messaging strategy across all recommended channels, along with costs required to implement the plan.
