The scope of services for this Agreement shall consist of professional and technical engineering services to perform bridge and tunnel inspections, Non-Redundant Steel Tension Member Inspections (NSTMs), Underwater Inspections, Tunnel Inspections, Training Services and Load Rating Services on a statewide basis, in accordance with 23 CFR 650 Part C, National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) and 23 CFR 650 Part E, National Tunnel Inspection Standards

On-Call Construction Inspection Services for select Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs) that begin construction from June 2024 to June of 2026 with the possibility of 2 one-year renewals after July 2026.
