CVRPC invites qualified firms to submit proposals for bid and construction engineering support for two stormwater mitigation projects: 1) at the East Calais Post Office; and 2) along the Moscow Woods Road. The two projects were identified as high priorities in a 2019 Stormwater Master Plan. 100% design plans, bid sheets, cost estimates, and phosphorous and sediment reduction estimates are complete for both projects.
