ACRPC and the town of New Haven seek a consultant to produce a graphically-rich master plan and facilitate a dynamic engagement strategy for the development of a designated cycling route (approximately 36 miles) for recreational cyclers and commuters connecting Middlebury, Bristol and Vergennes, through New Haven and other towns.
