This requirement is to acquire master model and manufacture/bonding tool. The tool is to be used for fabrication of the Number One (1) Composite Tunnel Cover for the CH-47F and MH-47G aircraft. The manufacturing tool will provide an accurately dimensioned and thermally stable platform to manufacture the Tunnel Cover when placed into an autoclave and processed at 350 degrees and 45 psi.
