The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.Puget Sound Naval Shipyard requests pricing for the renewal of MasterCam Software. The requirement is for one year. The delivery date is January 1, 2020.

Solicitation, 70Z03821QM0000015, was solicited as a sole source award due to indications from market research and previous purchases.  Any offers recieved would be reviewed and completed on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.  We recieved a total of two (2) offers from vendors.  Both vendors submitted resonable pricing for equal technically acceptable packages.
