Driveways must be left open at all times for emergency vehicle access. Discarded materials shall be removed from the site at the end of each day. The site must be 100% clean at project completion. Removal and property disposal of material is the contractor’s responsibility. Disposal at the Town of Greene Transfer Station is not permitted. Work must progress in a timely fashion once it is started.
