Scope of Services It is the intent of this request for qualifications to obtain an annual agreement for professional geo-technical and material testing services for capital improvement projects (CIP) from not less than three (3) professional engineering firms.
The Town of Flower Mound is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Professional Material Testing Services for Various Projects. All proposals must be submitted electronically in pdf format. The Maximum Size per File is 100 MB and it is preferred that you attach one complete file; however, there is no limit to the number of files that can be attached.
